Return Policy for Shop.ezgo.com 

*NOTE:  All returns received without RMA will be subject to an automatic 20% restocking fee. Please review the instructions provided to ensure that part(s) are returned to the correct fulfillment location (returns may require shipment to E-Z-GO or an authorized E-Z-GO fulfiller).
Damaged Goods: E-Z-GO must be notified within five (5) business days of delivery of any goods received in damaged condition through the submission of a Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form Damaged goods must be returned to E-Z-GO within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Goods Received in Error: E-Z-GO must be notified within (5) business days of any goods shipped in error through the submission of a Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form Such goods must be returned uninstalled and in new condition. The goods must be returned to E-Z-GO within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Other Returns: A request to return new undamaged goods must be made to E-Z-GO within thirty (30) days of delivery through the submission of a Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form. The goods must be returned in uninstalled and new condition. Return requests received more than thirty (30) days after delivery will not be accepted.
The following goods are not eligible for return, unless the wrong goods are shipped to you in error or goods are received in damaged condition: Electrical Items, Batteries, Hardware, Product Manuals, Tires & Wheels, Paint Pens, and Cleaning and Maintenance Products.
The costs of return shipments and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you on all returned goods other than when: (i) the wrong goods are shipped to you by E-Z-GO, (ii) goods are received in damaged condition, or (iii) the goods are subject to a warranty claim.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (“RMA#”) that is provided to you by email along with a return shipment label after a completed Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form has been received by E-Z-GO. Upon receipt of a completed Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to you. Return requests without RMA # will not be processed. All return authorizations are subject to review and approval by E-Z-GO.
Please complete the form below so we can accurately process your return. A credit will be issued to the method of payment used during the purchase of the goods, less shipping costs, if the return is not a result of a shipping error or goods received in damaged condition.  Please allow up to 5 business days from date received for the processing of your return request. 
For goods subject to a warranty claim, you should first contact the E-Z-GO Warranty Department at 1-877-394-6727.

Account Holders: To request a return, please take the following steps:  Go to “My Account"> Log In> Click Return > Select the Order you would like to return from the drop down box > Go to the Item you would like to return >Choose the return reason > Choose the return quantity >Submit request.  A representative will contact you via email to confirm the processing of the return request. 
Non-Account Holders: To request a return, please select the link below, save the PDF file to your computer, open and complete the Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Email completed form to shopezgo@textron.com.
